So hubby saw in the Canadian Tire flyer a rotary cutter on sale. This one is a cheap one, but more for construction. In the description it says it can cut material. Now he is stuck on buying me one for Christmas. Now, I have never seen one in action, and I would assume it is more for quilters, no? What do you think, is it just a gimmick?
